To My Dear Friends and Supporters,
I hope everyone is fine and healthy. I'm doing fine and feeling healthy. I hope that
everyone manages to enjoy the holiday season despite the wars occurring in the world. I wish
you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and peace, success and happiness
throughout 2024.
I want to inform everyone that the Oral Argument held in the 11th Circuit Court on
October 24th 2023 went very well. My lead attorney did an outstanding job. I'm grateful that
many supporters and my daughter attended the Oral Argument. The 11th Circuit Court are
basically reexamining my unjust conviction that was handed down decades ago based on
faulty testimony, an unreliable witness, police misconduct and inadequate counsel.
Throughout the many years my attorneys and investigators have uncovered pervasive
misconduct and newly discovered evidence that led to my wrongful conviction corroborating
what I've been maintaining all along I'm innocent! Though no Court can never completely
undo the pain I have experienced, I'm optimistic that the 11th Circuit Court will recognize
that during my 1993 trial I did not have the benefit of an effective defense attorney which is
one of the Constitutional bedrocks of the American justice system.
It has been a long hard fought battle for justice and I wholeheartedly appreciate
everyone's loving support throughout the years. You all remain a blessing in my life. Thank
you very much! I thank God for all of you. Keep the faith! Don't give up on me! I still need
you all in order to stay strong! You all are in my heart, thoughts and prayers! God bless you
all! Merry Christmas!
