Anthony's letters
Raiford USA, December 2019
To My Dear Friends and Supporters,
First of all, I pray that this letter finds everyone in the very best of health and most joyous holiday spirits. My dear friends, I want everyone to know that I'm feeling healthy and in good spirits. For those who may not be aware, I have a tablet and I'm allowed to send and receive emails now. However, in order for me to exchange emails with you, you have to go to Jpay.com and open up a media account and get on my email list. Each email is 44 cents. I have already exchanged emails with a few friends. However, I still correspond through the postal system with friends who don't have access to the internet or simply prefer postal mail correspondence.
I want to brief everyone on the latest legal updates. The Florida Supreme Court hasn't ruled on the pending appeal yet. Perhaps that's a good sign that they are seriously reviewing our claims carefully and not rushing to judgment. Meanwhile, my new investigator and I are carefully reviewing the many files she has obtained. We have already discovered questionable examinations by the agency working on behalf of the prosecutor regarding ballistic testings, as well as, a confidential informant who provided a detective information regarding my whereabouts during the time the crime was occurring. Despite this exculpatory testimonial the detective refused to release the identity of the confidential informant. These investigations are ongoing and is requiring more hours that I anticipated, but is very much worth it. My attorney still has to refile a 'corrected motion' to the lower circuit court requesting documents from the former prosecutor's home garage. Unfortunately, everything has been put on hold due to personal matters regarding my attorney's family. My attorney's brother-in-law is terminally ill! So, I ask those who pray to pray for his family. I also ask those who pray to pray for my relatives, too. My Uncle John passed away October 29th. He helped raised me and was like a father to me growing up.
Dear friends and supporters, once again I wholeheartedly thank you for all the care, love and support you give me. I know many of you have stood by me many years and haven't abandoned me. THAT'S LOVE! And I love you all and appreciate you all more than words can express. I pray for you all every day and I thank God for you all every day! I humbly ask you all to continue to support me and my legal defense financially because it is my honest belief that the Court will eventually have to concede to the fact that I never had a fair trial due to the unethical tactics and corruption that occurred in this case! We are exposing those things piece by piece. But, none of it would have been possible without your support and prayers.
So, I am humbly asking you all to please stand by me and ask others to join us in this fight for justice.
I want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season and a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2020
New Year! God bless you all! I love you very much,
Your friend Anthony
