Letter from Thierry Bizebard to Anthony Mungin’s friends – 8 July 2019


Dear all,

     First of all, I hope that this "newsletter" of the association Save Anthony will find you all in good health and spirits - as is the case for our dear Anthony.
Indeed, as you have been able to read it in the very recent letter sent to you by Anthony: despite all the time spent in death row, and despite the ups and downs of his legal matters, Anthony goes on being positive and full of fighting spirit !
I am convinced (and you are probably too) that a major reason for him to maintain this state of mind is that he can still and always count on your support – you all who regularly send him letters, cards and e-mails ... I thank you all warmly for that!

     As always at this period of the year, an excellent opportunity comes very soon to send a message of support to Anthony: his birthday (on July 22nd) ! So, do not hesitate, please send birthday cards or e-mails to Anthony. Even a simple "Happy Birthday Anthony" will do it ... Or more elaborate messages, in verse or prose, as you like it !

     As you have read and understood it in the very words of the recent letter sent to you by Anthony, the two most important points in our struggle for justice are to continue to support him, both morally and financially:

     - continue to support Anthony morally: in particular, by regularly sending him letters / photos / news / birthday cards etc. !!
Also, if you want to help Anthony in his fight for justice, you can do the following (I quote here a “special” request from Anthony himself !) : if you have a facebook page, you can let a message to your friends letting them know that they can correspond with Anthony – also explaining what I wrote above on how they can install the jpay appli on their smartphone. And your friends can do the same with their friends too !

     - additionally, and it's also very important, please continue to help Anthony financially in his fight for justice: as you already know it too well, american justice – unfortunately ! – is rather expensive if we want it to be well made ...
